Storm Pattern

This rug was purchased by Melody Murter at Shiorock New Mexico in 1987 directly from the weaver. The red is a famous color Ganado Red- the use of this color was encouraged by Hubbell trading post. It is Storm Pattern. This is from a Two Grey Hills weaver.

Natural Dye Rug

This is a beautiful rug with natural dyes purchased by Melody Murter at the annual Crown Point Rug Auction in 1987. The auction was a huge meeting of the weavers, I preferred to buy direct so the weaver received all of the purchase price.
